So while going to school we should check our lunch box for necessary balanced food inside it, that not only improve our health but also result into good grades. A wise saying is that a healthy body has a healthy mind and healthy mind helped us in class competitions and exams.
So before leaving for we should school be careful about lunch box that
·        It is clean and yesterday food was not sticking to its walls..
·        It has healthy food inside to eat during break in school
·        A healthy lunch box may contain an Apple with a sandwich or fried/poached egg.
·        Change recipe of lunch box thrice a week so that we eat balanced nutrition.
·        Be careful while placing lunch box inside the bag as some time it damage books and bag by leakage.
·        Handle the bag carefully at school as most of the lunch boxes were plastic made and could crack if mishandled.
·        Make sure a bottle of water be part of your lunch.
·        Instead of bread try bagels, wraps, multigrain sandwich crackers, pita bread, hot cross buns, scones or pike lets.
·        Use lunch boxes which keep lunch chilled or hot to avoid poisoning.
·        Have a variety of whole grain breads, rolls, pita bread and flat breads in your weekly schedule. Use avocado as a spread instead of butter or margarine. Use reduced fat dairy foods. Cheese and yoghurt are ideal.
·        We need a serve of protein at lunchtime. Ensure you include lean meat, egg, peanut butter or chickpeas.
·        Prepare lunches the night before and store in the fridge or freezer.
·        Perishable foods such as dairy products, eggs and sliced meats should be kept cool and eaten within about four hours of preparation. Don’t pack these foods if just cooked. First cool in the refrigerator overnight
Healthy lunches and snacks are important for our activeness. It is important to have healthy lunch box choices, including fresh fruit, crunchy vegetables and a combination of protein, dairy and carbohydrate foods. We if help choose and prepare our own lunch are more likely to eat it.

Hey AI, Write my research article !

In today's world, research is the basis of progress, innovation, and intellectual growth. Universities, as the bastions of knowledge and inquiry, have long been the driving force behind groundbreaking discoveries and advancements across various disciplines. However, with the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), new ethical challenges have emerged that demand careful scrutiny and responsible action.      University research has evolved dramatically over the past few decades. The traditional model of solitary scholars working in isolation has given way to a more collaborative and interdisciplinary approach. Researchers now work across boundaries, leveraging diverse expertise to tackle complex problems that span multiple fields.  The complexity of modern problems, such as climate change, disease outbreaks like COVID, and technological advancements, requires expertise from various disciplines.
