He has no words of comfort for her as it was the second day of their marriage but the lives of his nation also important for him.
After getting permission when he just has his foot in stirrup of horse princess run to him and hold bridle check. Prince looked once in her eyes and turned his face. Suddenly princesses spoke slowly and said “hold your courage, I am daughter of fighters, I am sister of warriors, I witnessed the blood of my beloved ones for the scared land, I’ll wait happy news from battle field”. Prince tried to reply her but her wet eyes stopped him. Felicia continue her words, who will call me princess if our men were died under curse of enemy, ignore my shedding eyes these got rest when they will see you again with winning flag. She turned to palace and prince with a promise in his heart lead his armies to the Alexandria where enemies were killing his men and burning their homes.
Enemy was fighting with the forces of dogs, elephants and wild horses, which were crushing the men like wheat in grinding mill.
At the very first prince get to the commander of enemy force who was ordering his force to vanish the great Alexandria from earth. The words of princess were revolving in his mind that where they rule if their cities were burned and residents were killed. He attacked the commander in the presence of hundreds of guards. The commander was not expecting such attack and got injured. The fight has been begun between both commanders. Prince turned the neck of army chief and showed his head to the enemy forces which lay their arms after watching that.
After the restoration of his men when prince come to palace he saw princess waiting at the gate. He obliged princess and said it was the spell of her weeping eyes which gave courage to win the war.

A case study of methods to minimize Research Bias

A case study of methods to minimize Research Bias Muhammad Shahid Imran (Research Scholar, Mphil) University of Central Punjab dj.shaa@yahoo.com Dr Zakria Zakar, Professor University of the Punjab mzzakir@yahoo.com Introduction The term bias in research is by no means straightforward in meaning. Usually it refers to systematic error or deviation from actual results due to different intervening and mediating variables mostly affecting the objectivity of research. It can also be conscious or unconscious impact of researcher’s personal likeness or failure to interpret results which may lead to erroneous conclusions.   Researchers see bias as big obstacle in achieving credibility and accuracy in research. As influence of personal or ideological beliefs on their methods to achieve a certain results can endanger principle of impartiality. (Research Integrity, Scientific Misconduct, 2014) While conducting an empirical social science research, a researcher ma...
