The hare and tortoise (A new paradigm for kids)

The hare and tortoise…………………….A new paradigm
(Muhammad Shahid Imran )
Hare was facing loads criticism after losing the race from tortoise and all other animals were mocking at him. He was taking rest when tortoise crossed him and won the race. Animals were shouting at him with slogan that,
“Slow and steady wins the race”
Hare think all the aspects of his defeat and realized that it was the consistency of tortoise that made him winner of the race and it was his proud behavior and blind trust on its abilities which make him stood among losers.
By thinking that he invites the tortoise for one more race, but tortoise smelling any new plan from him reject the offer.
Hare was in jinx so he went to the animals and sought their inclination on another race competition. Then they request tortoise again and he has to agree in front of all animal family.
This time hare run fast and fast and won the race by several mile difference and prove that,
“Fast and persistent will always beat the slow, it’s good to be slow, steady and reliable but it’s better to be fast and reliable”.
Now its tortoise turns to think on the reasons of his lost. He realized that the particular mentioned route, principles and conditions do not support him and it’s impossible to win in these conditions. He recalled the first race and acknowledged that if hare was not got to sleep its impossible for him to win in first race.

He made a new plan and invite hare for third and final race with new route. This time after many excuses hare also agree to have a race as last race boosted his confidence.
Race started, hare with promise in mind not to rest run fast and leave tortoise for behind. At last he found himself at a bank of riverside, but the ending point was on the other side of the bank. There was no bridge on river and he did not know swimming. Flaring in anger and afraid of river tides he was walking at bank when tortoise came and elegantly stepped in to the river cross it and won the race.
This time tortoise proved that wisdom won not steadiness or consistency.

A case study of methods to minimize Research Bias

A case study of methods to minimize Research Bias Muhammad Shahid Imran (Research Scholar, Mphil) University of Central Punjab dj.shaa@yahoo.com Dr Zakria Zakar, Professor University of the Punjab mzzakir@yahoo.com Introduction The term bias in research is by no means straightforward in meaning. Usually it refers to systematic error or deviation from actual results due to different intervening and mediating variables mostly affecting the objectivity of research. It can also be conscious or unconscious impact of researcher’s personal likeness or failure to interpret results which may lead to erroneous conclusions.   Researchers see bias as big obstacle in achieving credibility and accuracy in research. As influence of personal or ideological beliefs on their methods to achieve a certain results can endanger principle of impartiality. (Research Integrity, Scientific Misconduct, 2014) While conducting an empirical social science research, a researcher ma...

Hey AI, Write my research article !

In today's world, research is the basis of progress, innovation, and intellectual growth. Universities, as the bastions of knowledge and inquiry, have long been the driving force behind groundbreaking discoveries and advancements across various disciplines. However, with the rise of artificial intelligence (AI), new ethical challenges have emerged that demand careful scrutiny and responsible action.      University research has evolved dramatically over the past few decades. The traditional model of solitary scholars working in isolation has given way to a more collaborative and interdisciplinary approach. Researchers now work across boundaries, leveraging diverse expertise to tackle complex problems that span multiple fields.  The complexity of modern problems, such as climate change, disease outbreaks like COVID, and technological advancements, requires expertise from various disciplines. Universities have responded by fostering interdisciplinar...
